2026 CWO WRESTLING CLINIC KICKS OFF SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 8TH!

We are ready to wrestle! The Columbus Wrestling Organization (CWO) is kicking off the season with its 2026 Wrestling Clinic: six action-packed sessions on Sundays, Thursdays, one Tuesday and one Monday, starting Sunday, November 8th.

And here’s the big news: the Clinic is now held in November, a great way to jump-start our season! Our Wrestling Team is also starting earlier this year, with practices set to begin in late November or early December.

Every Pre-K through 8th grader in and around Columbus is invited, whether they’re stepping on the mat for the very first time or they’re a seasoned competitor. Each session is packed with technique instruction, live wrestling, conditioning and games that build skills and confidence. Sessions are in the Auxiliary (West) Gym at Columbus High School, and parents are welcome to observe and learn alongside their child from the bleachers.

Girls, this one’s for you! We’re bringing back two Girls Only sessions on Sundays, November 8th and 22nd, from 2:30 to 3:30 PM. All experience levels are welcome, and girls are invited to attend every other Clinic session too.

Just $10 per wrestler covers all six Boys & Girls sessions plus both Girls Only sessions. Pay at your wrestler’s first session with a check made out to CWO or exact cash (no change will be available).

Ready to sign up? Register online under the REGISTRATION page on our website before your wrestler’s first session. Check-in opens 15 minutes before each age group’s session, and don’t forget a water bottle!
