WRESTLING TEAM PRACTICE STARTS TONIGHT (1/2/18)
The goal of the Columbus Wrestling Organization’s Wrestling Team is to teach the fundamental skills of wrestling to each participant and develop teamwork, discipline, self-confidence, fitness and sportsmanship. Wrestlers of all skill levels from beginner to experienced will benefit from becoming a member of the Columbus Wrestling Organization Team. On weekends, the Team will enter several local wrestling tournaments as well as some national level tournaments. Wrestlers will be encouraged but not required to participate in the tournaments.
Registration & Open Mat Session: January 2nd (PreK-2nd 6:15-7:15 p.m.; 3rd-8th 7:15-8:15 p.m.)
Normal Team Practice Sessions: January 8th, 11th, 15th, 16th, 22nd, 23rd, 29th & 30th.
Times: 6:15 p.m. – 7:15 p.m. – Pre-K through 2nd Grade
Times: 7:15 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. – 3rd through 8th Grade

To get registered for the CWO Wrestling Team, the options are as follows:
- If you have already paid the full $50 for both the Clinic and Team, your registration is complete and your wrestler will simply check in the first night of practice attended.
- If you paid the $10 for the Clinic and you want to continue with the Team, you do not need to re-register on-line, you will only need to pay the additional $40 fee for the Team sessions. That can be done the first night your wrestler attends Team practices.
- If you have not attended the Clinic and have not registered for the Team sessions, please do so on-line on our website (www.columbuswrestling.org) under the Registration tab. The $50 fee will be due the first night your wrestler attends Team practices.
To help our parents plan ahead, the CWO Wrestling Team calendar on our website has been updated with all of the practices for January through April. Also, soon to be updated on the calendar are the tournaments we will be attending as a team as well as many other “opportunity” tournaments in the local area throughout the season.
